I have over 35 years experience as a travel director, facilitating meetings and incentives. I have operated several successful programs for different companies and industries. In a nutshell I have worked with pharmaceutical, IT, banking, automotive, insurance and communication companies. The groups have ranged from 14 to 2000 participants, either in a lead or support capacity and they have travelled both domestically and internationally. I am focused on delivering superior customer service and have managed all aspects of a program including hotel accommodation, food and beverage, activities, transportation, meetings, hospitality desk and room deliveries. As a bonus, I am fluent in French and Spanish.
