With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry (currently based in Greater Palm Springs and previously in San Diego, CA), I have built a career centered around creating exceptional experiences for clients. My work has spanned a wide range of roles and responsibilities, from high-level client services to strategic event planning, always focused on delivering memorable and impactful results. I specialize in delivering incentive travel programs that inspire, motivate and reward top performers. My focus is centered on immersive, high-touch experiences that go beyond logistics—programs that drive engagement, reinforce brand values, and leave a lasting impression. Every experience is tailored to reward those who have achieved a high level of recognition. I have successfully executed incentive programs and meetings throughout the United States and internationally (Ireland, Costa Rica, Paris and Spain to name a few), tailoring each experience to the unique goals and culture of the client. From curated leisure activities and exclusive events to seamless program execution and on-site management, I am committed to elevating each incentive experience through personalization, authenticity and thoughtful delivery. Based largely in the Greater Palm Springs area, I bring deep destination expertise and long-standing relationships with premier resorts, venues, and experiential partners.
