With 20+ years experience in travel directing, project management, non for profit adminstration, and entrepreneurial ventures, I offer a unique skill set. Specializing in managing F&B, meetings, and logistics for large events in the commercial, pharmaceutical and franchise sectors, I excel in delivering seamless experiences. Familiarity with Cvent, collaboration with DMC staff, non-profits, and international event project management, I bring a dynamic blend of skills to any on-site event or contract planning project. Additionally, my experience includes planning and coordination of live entertainment concerts, festivals, and runs/races. I have a background in talent research and coordination for speakers and concerts including interfacing with the agents, publicists, tour managers, and talent. My abilities include constructing offers, supporting contract negotiations, sourcing and managing production, ticketing, event publicity, and over all concert event management. I also serve on three boards including a local YMCA, a countywide destination marketing organization, and an advisory school board. I am comfortable with public speaking, public relations, marketing, and social media management. I am also familiar with fund development including business development and sponsorship requests. I enjoy the art of meaningful connections, and serve as a curator and concierge for clients.
