I worked for Club Med in the Sales/Marketing department for 9 years (1990-99). I started working for local (metro-Phoenix) DMCs in 2002 as a Field Staff guide on Activities and working Registration Desks as needed. In 2011/12 I started working as an Onsite Meeting Manager/TD on a regular basis. My expertise is communication with the guests; therefore, I've been mostly working at the Registration Desks. However, I enjoy Meetings/Materials as well. I do not do well with Accommodations/Housing. Although my home base is primarily Phoenix, AZ, I do spend June-Oct/Nov on Maui, HI. Should there be any programs on Maui or any of the other islands, please know I'm open to working there.
