I'm an experienced and outgoing Travel Director and On-site Meeting Manager having spent over 15 years working in many roles as a TD. I also work locally in the SF Bay Area and Wine Country on special events, meetings, activities and transportation. My areas of strength are Meetings, Hospitality, Registration, F&B, Transportation and working with Ambassadors. Prior to life as a TD, I spent many years traveling as a bilingual Tour Manager with German groups around the Southwest and Pacific Northwest. This has given me hands on experience in problem solving, trouble shooting, customer service skills and working well in stressful environments. I see my strengths as a team player, enthusiastic upbeat person with a "can do" attitude and friendly personality.
