Shandrolyn supports live programs on-site by supporting all logistical aspects of various types of live/hybrid pharma, IT/Technology, financial, association meetings, congresses and symposia; domestically and internationally, she is fluent in French. Ms. Bell is well-seasoned at executing incentives, pharma meetings, symposia, congresses, POAs, NSMs, product launches and ancillary meetings for companies such as Pfizer, Janssen, AbbVie, Daiichi Sankyo, Gilead, Genentech, Novartis, Bayer to name a few. Ms. Bell also provides onsite operational support to ensure smooth execution of large-scale IT/Tech conferences such as AWS (re:Invent, re:Inforce, re:Mars), Grace Hopper, Dreamforce, Adobe, Service Now, Confluent, CES and Palo Alto Networks, WWKOs and SKOs. She often manages C-Level and Executive Leadership Team meetings and special events. Shandrolyn effortlessly serves as Registration/Hospitality Lead using Cvent/Cvent on Arrival, Capture and Rainfocus. She also supports housing/billing and is adept in audio visual, meeting room set-ups, hotel contracts, menus/food and beverage. Ms. Bell resides in the metro Washington, DC area.
