Greetings, I have been in the meetings business for 20+ years. Prior to that I was a manager in three Ritz-Carltons, one being 5-Star and another the corporate headquarters. I approach everything with a "Team" mindset. I include in that team as equal members the hotel staff, convention center staff, dmc staff, production staff, etc. I can juggle many hats at once. My favorite area however is Food & Beverage. I can Lead and I also make a great follower. The most common phrases you will hear me say are, Please, Thank You and How can I help?
