My name is Heather Acrie. I have been a Travel Director for 17 years. Before that, I was Director of Guest Services at The Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, California, as well as many other Luxury hotels in the San Diego area. Being in the hotel industry for so long, I was excited when approached to come to the TD world. I love the customer service. I love helping people, and I love exceeding people's expectations. My favorite role is Registration. However, I have done meeting rooms, VIP, transportation and F&B.
