I have been in the Meeting Planning industry for 18 years. I started as a Pharma Meeting Planner for 3 years. For 15 years, I was an Account/Engagement/Operations Manager assigned to specific Commerical/Medical/Research & Development business units overseeing the execution and success of HCP Meetings, Consulting Meetings, Patient Meetings, Investigator Meetings, Congresses, POAs, Sales Meetings, Incentive Trips. My role was to ensure that the meetings were compliant and exceeded the expectations of the business owners. I partnered/collaborated/project managed the Meeting Planning, Production, Audio-Visual and DMC Agencies. I am detail oriented, flexible, I have the ability to adjust quickly, problem solve and manage multiple projects/tasks at one time.
